TRANSITION SERVICES

Transitional services are provided to help children and their parents and guardians deal with the challenges of adjusting to new roles, expectations, new interactions and relationships as children move from home to access ECD centre based services and from ECD centres to lower primary school. Some of the key activities carried out include clustering of CBCCs around primary schools, harmonizing curricula for parenting education, Centre based services and lower primary school and holding graduation ceremonies.
