ENDING CHILD MARRIAGE

According to the constitution of Malawi, any person below the age of 18 it is illegal to get married. However there are a lot of children entering into marriage hence the need to prevent, respond and rehabilitate such victims. The department engage various structures to a null such marriages and assist the victims accordingly. The department works with a number of Non Governmental Organizations such as; Plan Malawi, Save the Children. Firelight and World vision just to mention some.
